We require a deposit of one night's rate or 50% of the booked stay; whichever is greater. Deposits must be received for a reservation to be confirmed. Your deposit will be returned if you cancel 30 days or more prior to your reserved date. Cancellations made within 16 to 30 days before the reserved date will be refunded half the deposit while cancellations made within 15 days of the reserved date will forfeit the deposit. For indiviudal room rentals your depost will be refunded if cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
