Why Use A Professional Facilitator?

Facilitators help you make the most of your time and financial investment. Their job is to create an environment that encourages all members of your team to participate while providing an impartial, third-party viewpoint to help resolve tough issues. A facilitator also helps you define action plans.

Tam O'Shanter Lodge uses several professional meeting facilitators. After you choose a facilitator, he or she will meet with you prior to your event to assist with the meeting design and identify goals to help you reach a successful outcome.

Lead Times and Rates

A 30-day lead time before your event provides enough time for the facilitator to complete event pre-planning activities with your business.

Facilitator rates range from $1200 to $3000 per day, depending on the amount of pre-planning required and the number and duration of meeting sessions. Our facilitators are from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, so overnight accommodations are expected. If a private room for the facilitator is not available in the Lodge, or if you choose to have the facilitator stay off-site during your event, please arrange for accommodations nearby or allow our staff to assist you.
